Whan that Aprill with his shoures soote...
Hark, noble gamers and painters, and listen to a tale most curious, for a new band of travellers take to the road - a merry company in lead and tin, sculpted by the deft hands of Alan Marsh and painted with purpose by Kent Galpin!

Eureka Miniatures continues its journey through the grand traditions of storytelling, from the heroic deeds of Beowulf to the fantastical grotesques of Bosch and Bruegel, and now, to Chaucer's most famous band of pilgrims. Devised by Ara Harwood, the brains behind our Tribal range and the Tribal ruleset, The Canterbury Tales miniatures bring to life the rich tapestry of the late Middle Ages, where bawdy wit, sharp satire, and noble deeds all found a place at the same fire.

Among these figures, ye shall find the bold Knight, who hath fought for Christendom and honour; the merry Miller, who loves a good jest and a full ale-sack; the Wife of Bath, whose wisdom and laughter make fools of lesser men; and the Pardoner, whose wares may heal the soul - or empty the purse. There rides the Monk, who shuns cloisters for the hunt, the Squire, all youthful charm and restless energy, and the Prioress, whose table manners befit the court, though her heart belongs to her little hounds.

This set is not only a tribute to one of the greatest works in the English language but also serves a noble cause - these figures were painted by Kent Galpin in support of his fundraising appeal to build tiny homes for those affected by the war in Ukraine.

So, whether ye be a lover of history, a teller of tales, or a humble pilgrim searching for a fine addition to thy collection, saddle thy horse and make haste! The road to Canterbury is long, but these figures shall make it a journey most rewarding.
